How to Make a Gorgeous Album
It’s easy. Tell the design experts at zookie what you want and how many photos you’d like to use. The minimum is 50, but you can do more if you want.

The pros at zookie will color correct your images (if you wish), then tuck them all into beautiful layouts that show them off best. Within a week you’ll get a digital proof to review and the designers work with you to tweak it to your taste. With your approval they’ll print, bind and ship your albums to you… all in two weeks or less.

Anyway to have something like this offered as a product within our smugmug account? People tend to get a bit confused when I explain to them they have to order an album from another company separate from where they order their prints via my smugmug portfolio.
Hi Josh, and thanks for your suggestion. That would be awesome! Since zookie pro fulfills the order they can’t be ordered from the SmugMug shopping cart but we hope that you’ll still use our Events and Favorites feature to help your clients have a smooth experience.
Have them pick their Favorites and order prints, and you (and zookie) can take care of the album side of things. You can always choose to order the albums yourself and have it ship to the client… instead of using zookie’s shopping cart feature.
Again a great lab for the US customers. The EU have to pay premium for expensive delivery. Smugmug has been asked for nearly 2 – 3 years to get cooperation with EU lab – nothing has changed. Confirmation to all EU SmugMug users – SmugMug does not give a damm about us!
I love smugmug because it is one of a kind in the net – but I hate the fact that they focus ONLY on US market.
I will have to abandon SmugMug – for now I am looking for a good alternative.

We’re taking all of your requests into consideration as we plan new stuff for the future of SmugMug, but it takes a little time to be sure we do it right. Have you heard that we’ve recently debuted new SMUGs internationally, with two in the UK? Hopefully you and your fellow EU Smuggers can check in there and help us more forward with our community abroad.

And to add to Schmoo’s post – we’ve not been sitting idly by watching our international pros requests – we’re actually doing something about it. Yep, it takes time and I know it may be too much time for you – but we are doing something about it and I believe you’ll be thrilled with what we’re up to.
Andy and Schmoo what I am saying is that you guys are focused more on some small features which are good – but in my mind – as UK based person – it is not a priority! Let this pro account be worthy the money! I love your company and the way the photos are displayed etc (especially the size) – this is where Zenfolio looses for me. But the extra money I pay every year for you guys is like throwing them in the bin – no Lab in EU and the extra bit I pay as a PRO user is to hope that one day – in the near future (like smugmug say…. and been saying for at least 2 years) maybe I will get my EU lab. Andy I think it is more possible that I will move to US than you opening the lab here. And customers can not wait up to 3 weeks for their prints .
